Formerly Pet Waste Millionaire, Find Your Gold is our home for everything beyond the franchise itself: the podcast, the stories, and the community of owners who’ve built something real in an industry most people overlook.
Twice a month, we sit down with home services business owners to talk about how they actually built what they built — the decisions, the setbacks, and the moments that turned into something bigger. It’s the same spirit as “turning poop into gold”: overlooked industries, real entrepreneurs, real lessons.
EJ McCoy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Scoop Soldiers, Chorbie, and other service-oriented businesses. At eight years old, he was “voluntold” by his mother to mow his neighbor’s yard — not exactly the entrepreneurial dream of a kid from Allen, Texas. That reluctant start turned into a career built on turning overlooked, unglamorous industries into real businesses — and helping other people do the same.
